As of right now to save you some time and flustration, I will need you to completely change his attire and have him bear the required shihakusho and hakama. The captain commander is the founder of the spiritual arts academy and thus he calls the shots, becasue of this the court guards uniform is essential for ALL shinigami. None are exempt from this (if not ex-shinigami). It wouldn't make since for THE captain commander to go against the own rules and throw away the clothing AND haori that verifies his powerful caste. So please change this to the proper clothing.
