The Outer Physical:

Suzaku's hair is light gray and hangs down in his eyes when unkempt. It is long, messy, and shaggy at most times, though sometimes he will comb it to the side with his fingers. Also a tilt or small shake of the head, often leading to him cracking the bones in his neck, will also allow him to make his hair fall away from his eyesight. Even then he will still have the style of "curtains" as his long bangs will frame his face. The strands are wavy, thick, and also soft. His face is sometimes a bit scruffy as he forgets or does not get around to shaving. He never lets it grow out though much further than some rough stubs of hair for he is not really into the beard or mustache look.

His face would be rather flawless, other than the large bags and lines that will sometimes be under his eyes that suggest he is a tired and restless individual. There is of course the large scar that runs diagonally across his face. It starts just under his jaw line on the left side of his face and curves up under his eye, over the bridge of his nose and disappears into his hairline right in the center of his forehead. The scar is all stitched up with actually black stitches that weave in and out of his skin. One of his even more prominent features and something that sort of trademarks him is the large, black, metal bolt going straight through his head. The head of the bold is on the left side while the tail end comes out of the right side of his head, suggesting it goes right through his brain.

Suzaku's eyes are a nice golden brown, always seeming to spark and gleam with intelligence as he looks out from behind and over the rim of his glasses that always seem to fine the light and reflect it. His vision is perfectly fine without the glasses, however he needs them to read and since he researches a lot he often has them on or at least with him. Reflected in his eyes at times is his own lust. There is the blood-lust for a battle, and the lust for science and research which often means he wants to cut someone up in order to dissect them and collect data. A bit of madness will streak across his face and show in his deviant and cynical grin. Suzaku may also display such lust toward a woman, his eyes tend to wander and never miss a thing. He is a very observant and analytical being. His expressions are usually uninhibited by what he considers foolish emotions.

Suzaku's body is thin but muscular as he likes to train and work out to keep in shape and his muscles defined. Though his definition for exercising can often lead to experimenting surgically on his own body which can help keep the weight down and keep him toned and fit. There are scars and stitches all over his body, suggesting that he has received many wounds over the years and has even experimented on himself and dissected himself. The bolt going through his head and the scar running down his face is an example. Suzaku will often rotate the bolt with his fingers, allowing it to click along in his head as he thinks.

The most noticeable scars and stitching patterns upon his body are the vertical one right down the left side of his chest, and the diagonal one going from the back of his right shoulder down to the left of his back. Several other, smaller scars appear on his chest and back, as well as Suzaku's arms and legs. The larger ones are held and meld together by the black stitches. Parts of his body and skin are slightly different shades due to him replacing lost and destroyed body parts over the years or just the outcome of certain experiments. Barely any of his organs are originally his other than perhaps his heart. His entire left arm has been completely replaced and the tone of the skin on the arm is a bit tanner than the rest of his body which has a pale complexion.

The Clothing:

Like all shinigami, Suzaku does have his own set of soul reaper robe, except they are tattered and ripped here and there from his fights and training. Not really being one for uniform, he will wear one only when he will wear it only when he absolutely has to which usually are times when he is on duty and working with his division. Suzaku will often wear a white lab coat as well rather than his captain haori. The coat is also stitched up here and there, around the sleeves and the collar. On the back the symbol of the twelfth division is printed on it in black so in a way it replaces his haori since he wears it a lot more often. He will only wear his haori along with his shinigami clothing which is usually only when he is called to duty by the captain commander or something along those lines.

His zanpakutou is usually concealed on his person, often he will keep it beneath his lab coat or robes at his side or sometimes even on his back so all he has to do is reach over his shoulder and grab the hilt from under his collar to withdraw it. Once he has it withdrawn he likes to twirl it or just play with the pommel of the sword or even draw a finger along it. Never really having a set place where he keeps it, Suzaku will switch it up and wield it on his person in a small variety of places and positions.

When not in his Shinigami get up he usually wears a shirt that is white and has buttons going down the middle of it, sort of like a white dress shirt. He will also wear jeans with it, the color of the jeans depends. Sometimes the jeans just may be a regular dark blue or black, or he may wear nice black pants with black shoes, or nice white dress pants with white shoes. Basically Suzaku likes to dress nicely even for a bloody battle for the simple reason that it is odd. Often this only occurs in the human world since most of his fighting and even his training is done in his shinigami robes.

His clothes are often full of dirt, blood, tears, rips, and are very worn down. Instead of replacing old clothing he will simply repair and clean the sets he already has, repairing the rips and tears with similar black stitching that is all over his body. All of his clothing can be found with the same, black stitching pattern. At his shoulders, elbows, horizontally across his chest, along his thighs and knees, it is as plentiful on his clothing as it is with the scars upon his body. Some parts of his clothing may be mismatched or a different color because he may take cloth from something else and stitch it on some form of garment in order to repair some large hole or rip.

The Personality:

Suzaku is a man of science; he sees everything and everyone in the world as an experiment or specimen, including himself. Often he finds himself desiring to dissect the people around him in order to advance his knowledge. Often he will do so with the enemies of Soul Society, such as various hollows in order to learn of their reiatsu makeup and abilities. Though he will go about and experiment with other living species and creatures as well. This is a part of his lust, a need to advance his knowledge and explore the world and his own mind.

His need to dissect has consumed him ever since he was young. This personality trait made all those around him afraid of him. This strange hobby of wanting to dissect anything he thinks is interesting devoured him and still lingers within him after hundreds of years in Soul Society. The more he knows, the more in control he feels. Suzaku is a very observant and analytical person; he likes to study all aspects and possibilities. Experimenting and dissecting himself is what allowed him to learn so much about his own powers and abilities and use them to their full advantage. He only wished he could do so with everyone for he was often curious about the various reiatsu types and zanpakuto, but he had to settle on just studying such subjects rather than cutting them up.

Emotionally, Suzaku has always been rather alone and cannot logically understand an emotion such as love. Because he is a man of science, he is also a man of logic and reason, one that believes in facts, what you can prove, see with your own eyes and feel with your hands. This shows he can't feel deep emotions other than the need to dissect whatever interests or irritates him. This tendency likely seems to be more destructive or psychotic, which explains his dormant madness. Often he will refer to emotion as being completely foolish and pointless, just another weakness that gets in the way of what is necessary and needs to be done.

Egotistical, arrogant, proud, and strong are a few words that can also describe Suzaku. His ego and pride often cause his downfall in battle, but only against those that truly are stronger than himself. These same traits however boost his fighting spirit and force him to keep going until he is literally on the verge of death, refusing to let someone with less pride than himself to beat him, which he doesn't believe exists anyway. If there is one thing that Suzaku also is, it is short tempered. He is very quick to anger, although this has slowly gone down over time, he still can be easily ignited with anger. When like this, it is smarter to get the hell out of the way than try to fight, as he won't hold back anything at all, no matter how weak the person he's fighting is.

He has a unique outlook on life and different beliefs. He tries to fair and equal, yet sometimes his pride will get in the way of things and it causes him to display his own arrogance. This makes him feel like a hypocrite since he hates other arrogant fools. Thus that leads to him feeling ignorant which he also hates and it just starts a whole, complex, chain in his mind. The captain does not believe in others' rules, boundaries, laws, religions or beliefs of any kind. Misukai just follows his own. He tries to keep his mind and eyes open to every aspect and possibility of life, looking at situations from every possible view rather than ignorantly following one side blindly and their lies.

Loving a good fight and getting caught up in the heat of a battle, he will push himself to the very limits if need be and will rarely give up. Even if defeated, he will put a smirk on his face showing you he enjoyed it none the less. You cannot break his fighting spirit unless you run, quit, or something to the effect. That is another thing he cannot stand, when a fight is anti-climatic. Suzaku rather fight to the end, whether it be for life or death, for a contest, a sparring match, or just plan fun, he would fight fierce and never consider giving up.

Captain Misukai has a dormant insanity within him due to his hollow which forms a dual personality. Often he even refers to it himself and is prone to it. A simple push in the wrong direction can bring out the madness within him. If someone or an opponent were to push him to his limits, corner him, or threaten his ways or those he cares for then it will drive to the surface and take full control and be unleashed from within the darkest depths of Suzaku and be unleashed full force upon those who stand in his way. A lot of times in his past he struggled with his inner insanity, his dual side that would rise and take control like a beast rattling the cage of madness and breaking out to bring terror and chaos. Suzaku can control it a lot better now, he turns his focus onto his science and experiments to help keep it under wraps and tame. He even took up smoking in order to calm his nerves.

When giving in to his alter ego, his personality makes a drastic change. Suzaku goes from his naturally curious personality to someone who does not care at all for the ongoing mission or objective at that time. He does not seem to care about anything anymore, all that actually matters is unleashing his rage upon whatever triggered this state of insanity. He sort of blacks out at times and becomes lustful for blood, though if someone he cares for were to step in and try to reach him then he may snap out of it.

He can be very skeptical and is a very, very complex person. Because of his conflicting and influential hollow personality that lies dormant in his body, he is very contradicting at times, saying one thing when meaning another, and doing 'this' when he wants 'that' to be accomplished. He is a person, within a person, within a person. Suzaku is the kind of person who has a inner part of him that watches, analyzes and judges his own moves, being hypocritical and a critic, talking him down and pointing out his own flaws. Then beyond that there is the person inside of him that watches the person who judges himself and speaks down about himself and he draws and learns from that and comes to certain conclusions and then brings that into his actions and words. It is a never ending cycle that only adds to his confusion, frustration, and feeds his hollow's control.

Suzaku can be cold hearted; he hates everything and everyone around him at times for he can get rather irritated quickly. If he doesn't like you then he'll let you know since he loves to speak his mind. To him, an opponent is an opponent and he will even fight a woman without holding back or hesitating. No mercy will be shown if they oppose him. He has a respect toward them as fighters and warriors, it is the weak and pathetic ones he could care less about dealing with at all. So while he may be a lustful being, the only woman that really catch his eyes are the strong and intelligent type.

He also exhibits a sadistic and intimidating attitude at times. His smiles are sometimes filled with sadistic and dark intentions. Often in a battle he will show his lust for blood and his need to dissect. Suzaku will relay his need to experiment upon his opponents, telling them of his plans and what he is going to do to their bodies after he defeats them. It often involves him explaining his scientific intentions, and in vivid detail he will describe how he will rip them to pieces one by one and castrate them in order to analyze their guts and insides.

In a very dark, deviant and sarcastic manner he will also joke around with those who are not his enemy and tell his allies and friends how it would be delicious to slice up their bodies and see what was going on. His humor will often involve him messing around and being playful in battle in order to tease and taunt, otherwise his humor is not so great. It would be best to lay off the jokes about him unless you want to see just how disturbing and cynical he can get with his insane personality leaking through. Sometimes his humor can be actually quite comical when he is in a good mood as his wit and sarcasm show. Though when it comes to jokes about slaughter and blood from his inner darkness, only hollows could really find that funny unless they were the ones he is talking about.

Despite this cruel and twisted personality at times, Suzaku does have a kind and compassionate side that worries for the people around him and he feels the need to protect them. He has been known to show some compassion and can care for those he calls his friends. As a captain he also feels a responsibility for his division and the men and woman serving under him, he feels it is up to him to make sure they are prepared and ready. He is not one to take his job lightly. He also expressed deep disgust and moral outrage towards Aizen, arrancar, hollows, though he can understand some of their ways, methods, beliefs and actions on a scientific level.

In secret, Suzaku craves for love but he doesn't know what love feels like since he's never really been loved before that is something all new to him. He doesn't know how to act when it comes to love and feelings in general, so he makes up for it with his cruel ways and blinding anger since he really needs someone to help keep his emotional in check and help him control his temper which he's never really done. Someone who won't leave him no matter how stubborn he is, and he's very stubborn, if he doesn't want to do something he'll put up a fight.

The Fighting Style:

Suzaku is a physically strong fighter and is well versed in numerous martial techniques. When combined with his high level of intelligence and adaptability, it all makes for an extremely dangerous combination when it comes to hand to hand combat. Captain Misukai is a powerful fighter, his attacks are usually all concentrated blows, rather than enormous and spread out attacks. That is unless of course he needs a wide attack spread out over the field for the sake of the kind of battle though he uses such techniques sparingly for he knows how inaccurate they can be and how it can quickly drain one's reiatsu.

The Captain's understanding of reiatsu gives him a huge advantage against other users since he can manipulate his own to match the others level or spiritual wavelength, as well as the make up of their own attack and ability after observing and analyzing them over a period of time. So over time, the more he comes to understand of an opponent's power and style, the easier he can counter and nullify their own attacks. This comes from his high spiritual flexibility and accurate observation of his opponent. Because of this it would be unwise for anyone to use techniques that he is already familiar with more than once such as certain kido spells and cero. Each individual’s reiatsu and attacks measure and reads differently.

Even if one does use a kido spell he is familiar with or a cero, they would have to use it a couple of times for him to actually be able to modify his own version of it to counter. So in a way he defuses it with his own reiatsu upon contact. Also, Suzaku struggles with high level Kido spells and Cero. He can be a bit unstable with kido spells that rank are around 70 and higher, using them himself they sometimes blow up in his face so often he will be unable to nullify high spells used against him since he has yet to really grasp them. Same goes for cero such as the Gran Rey.

He is also capable of greatly utilizing his own reiatsu so as to make use of any weapon he is paired with, most of his weapons and items are made custom and specifically to be used by his elemental based reiatsu that takes a lightning base and he can manipulate it through his little inventions and conduct it as he pleases. This allows him to send electrical charges through his body and emit it from his form. All of this is possible due to his shikai and bankai. This, of course, only works on generic items, weapons and objects. Suzaku could not actually pick up another zanpakuto and start using it like his own.

Suzaku's trademark weapon is a double-bladed knife on a black, metal, wire that resembles the very stitches he uses to sew up his own body and clothing. He uses this as an offensive weapon, a grappling hook, or as a instrument through which to conduct his electricity since his shikai is nothing more than a conductor itself that allows him to control lightning and electricity. The bolt through his head is what allows him to control the electromagnetic impulse throughout his body and control the black wire that weaves in and out of his skin. Conducting the lightning through the wire, he can bend and use it to his will.

He is an excellent strategist, he knows how to mess with his opponent’s mind, to play mind games and to trick them as well as bluff or get them to make a mistake. Everything fits into a predetermined plan he has set in his mind, though often the plan will stray and go awry do to unforeseen variable that he tries to compensate for. Suzaku tries his best to stay a few steps ahead, but factors such as his own dormant insanity can throw him off a bit. Also it takes time for him to piece together the style of his opponent and while he can make educated guesses as to their next moves, it will often take more than one battle in order to get a full grasp on their abilities. That is, if there is any possibility of it going beyond even one encounter.

He will take everything into aspect, his abilities in kido, shikai, bankai, hollow mask, and everything he knows about the opponent and puts it all into his calculations for battle trying to plan a few steps ahead at a time. Suzaku will devise plans, traps, and powerful combinations in order to win over the opponent, but mostly because he enjoys victory and likes to rub it in the loser's face. Mostly he has to focus on multiple and a wide range of different combos and boundaries since he can never be too sure what the opponent will do next unless he had ample time to study data he gathered from them in certain battles. Even then he would call his research incomplete unless he also had a chance to dissect them and pick apart their powers.

With the help of his zanpakuto spirit and his friends, Suzaku is calm and collected. He waits, listens, and watches. He likes the opponent to take the first move, turning it against them, readying himself for a counter or for something to spit back. Turning around a battle and foiling someone is sometimes his greatest asset. This is his style when he is in complete control; however it is a different story whenever his hollow comes out to play.

The stronger the opponent is, the harder Suzaku will fight to win, his pride not allowing him to just give up. If he is on the losing side or backed in a corner then he may lose himself in a battle to his madness, making him somewhat of a raging mad lunatic, or a blood thirsty demon who is out of control. Sometimes even those who he befriends could be endangered if they push him too far. The need to dissect devours him completely and he will slaughter those around him.

His style can be a bit unorthodox at times when it comes to his inner hollow. When it comes to his insanity controlling his movements and actions, they tend to be a bit unpredictable. The movements are wild, quick, and powerful, swinging here and there and just releasing his energy in large random bursts. His alternate personality is not as conservative or held back, but is rather willing to make the first move. Using hard hits over and over again to try and back the opponent into a corner, weaken them or break them, make to submit to his power and then he will show no mercy.

The Shinigami Technicalities.

The Zanpakuto Name: Inazuma - Lightning Bolt

The Sealed Zanpakuto:

The zanpakuto is a regular looking katana, about three feet in length and two inches wide. It has a curved, slender, single edged blade, squared guard, and long grip to accommodate two hands when needed. The guard itself is black, just like the sheathe that covers the blade. The hilt itself is black as well, but the grip over that is a dark yellow that allows for a steady grip and hold when used in combat. The blade itself is a strong, durable metal that is also quite light. The hilt, guard and sheathe are made out of a very thick and strong wood.

The Zanpakuto Spirit Appearance:

Inazuma is a figure made of pure energy. His frame cackles with bright yellow lightning. The electric aura warps around him, fading in and out of sight as it forms distinguished parts of his body at times but other time fizzes out. He has long slender legs and arms, his waist is almost none existent as he does not have much of a torso but lightning does dance around the sector that could be described as his chest. The wild reiatsu of his form arches out and branches at his hands and feet to make the appearance of claws created from bolts of electricity that shake and buzz around. The same goes with the top of his head as the yellow streaks in the air around him form horns.

The outline of his face comes down in a slant, almost like an upside down triangle. The only part of his body that is constant and unmoving are his slanted eyes which glow bright yellow and they never blink for there are no eyelids to blink and he has no pupils either. His figure flashes and burns into ones eyes and image so that if they close their eyes his outline will still throb and radiate in their mind like the flash of a camera.

The spirit always appears to be floating as well, as if walking on air or flying through the clouds. When walking his legs cackle and strike the ground around him and tap their way across the surface, singling a small spot. Inazuma can also travel as fast as lightning, streaking through the sky to appear before Suzaku or vanishing before him to suddenly appear behind him with his lightning and god-like speed.

The Zanpakuto Spirit Personality:

Inazuma's personality is calm, quiet and serious. He takes everything serious and is fierce when it comes to the subject of fighting. His voice is dark and distorted, buzzing and almost electronic, he never shouts, but is as gentle as he can be with the power of his voice. He is a master of speed and a god to the element of lightning.

Like a father, grandfather, or wonderful sensei he is fair to Suzaku as well as tough when needed. He helps with decisions, training, and judgment of Suzaku's actions when in use. Inazuma conflicts with the inner insanity many times, creating a trio with Suzaku thrown into the mix.

He is an example, a second conscious to Suzaku. He is there to talk to when needed. They will often have long conversations about philosophy, talking about plans and of justice and how their judgment should be applied. Inazuma's personality and beliefs compliments Suzaku's very much though Inazuma's thoughts are much more wise and mature. Together they believe of no 'god'. There is no supreme ruler of everything, there is only life and how things work and the systems of life are created by humans themselves in order to have a sense of purpose.

Among all of this, Inazuma is always very humble. He would rather sit back and let Suzaku figure things out for himself, learn, train, and develop on his own for he believes it will make him stronger. With his strong since of judgment, he will not hesitate to help point Suzaku in the right path when needed, as in step in to help deal with the overpowering madness. However, if Suzaku should take the wrong path and fall into the darkness then Inazuma would fade away, sit and wait patiently for the day that Suzaku gathered his wits and strength to come seek him out for help and guidance once again.

Like lightning he waits to strike at the right moment, hiding in the clouds and out of reach. Only when he decides the moment is right will he present himself and handle the situation, and when he does he takes it like a storm. Lightning is such a powerful element after all and takes a lot of discipline, patience, skill and training to wield and use it. One cannot wield it wildly or else they will harm themselves. Inazuma knows that and does his best to help Suzaku bend and use the power and ability to his control.

The Inner World:

Inazuma lives in a world of strong winds and mountains. Rivers of water flow through the mountains and flares from lightning are constantly lighting up the sky. There is a twist however. The mountains grow every which way and in different shapes and forms. They twist and turn, form valleys of spikes, tunnels, and flowing rocks. Large boulders that break off float around in the sky as if gravity has no effect on them.

The water that flows through the mountains can flow either way as well depending on which way the mountain takes form. For example, the streams of water could flow up to a point and spout a constant rain in one area, or flow down into a river like normal, or create an arc of water through the sky. Because of this there are many obstacles in the sky. Waterfalls rumble in the distance here and there and it rains only in different patches and areas of the world rather than constantly drizzling down on the entire world. Some of the rain and waterfalls do get caught up in different currents and instead of flowing or falling down they may flow horizontally or upwards.

The flares of lighting then produce strange shadows and lighting from the formations of the mountains and the different way flares hit them. Also the bending water cast strange glowing lights here and there as it sparkles with the lighting. The lightning will never strike the mountains, but will often hit the streaks of water and travel along with them until hitting a mountain and it blows off a few chunks of rock which start to flow in the space. Water acting as a conductor for the electricity to travel through the world.

Here Inazuma helped Suzaku train, helped him understand his inner power and his reiatsu. He works together with Suzaku, lending him his powers in a battle and this allows Suzaku to keep a cool and calm head as he fights. It allows him to use his abilities to full potential while thinking clearly and not having to waste reiatsu when it is unnecessary, he wastes no movements, everything is timed perfectly and measured perfectly.

The Shikai Name: Inazuma, The Conductor

The Method of Release:

Suzaku takes his stance, spreading his feet and he twirls the blade around in his fingers one time before holding it out horizontally before him. His nails run over and claw at the metal, his yellow reiatsu running from his hand and swarming around the blade. Lightning starts to spark and cackled around him and his blade. He then raises the zanpakuto over his head, the blade pointing toward the sky...now he is ready to release his spirit.

Suzaku then says, "Strike them down, Inazuma!" and his yellow aura swarms all around his body, turning into what seems to be wild, sharp and chaotic winds of a lightning storm and it engulfs him completely. His blade starts to glow and then starts to condense and dissolve into the raging aura, forming and swirling around his body as the clouds above him gather and lightning strikes him where he stands.

Any lose dirt, gravel or debris around him kicks up and bit and twirls around him as if he was at the heart of a tornado. A small dust cloud will blur out his form as the wind swallows up his form and he flashes brightly with the thunderous lightning that streaks out all around him.

Shikai Appearance:

Upon releasing his zanpakuto a burst of spiritual energy flies out in a small radius around Suzaku. The blade of his zanpakuto glows bright yellow and cackles with electricity as it begins to condense and warp around his arm, engulfing and fitting to the entire left arm with its power and reiatsu. Thunder rumbles in the sky right above him as a lightning bolt streaks through the clouds and strikes his weapon.

It starts to expand and stretch as the powerful source funnels and forms into his hand and converges into his palm. A hilt forms and shoots out to make a six foot metal pole that is the same matching color of black as the bolt through his head and the stitches upon his body. There is another pole going horizontal near the top of the six foot pole. The horizontal pole meets the vertical pole about one foot down from the top. The horizontal pole is about three feet long, making a lopsided T-shape for the horizontal pole is off center. One foot is off to the left from where it meets the vertical pole and the other two feet are off to the right.

The glowing fades away and now Suzaku’s zanpakuto has transformed into a thick, metal pole-arm without any blades. It is a conductor. Electricity radiates and cackles from it, buzzing around the metallic poles and dancing around its shape. This release is the unleashing of Inazuma's spiritual power; the power of a lightning god. His reiatsu takes the form of a raging storm when he uses his shikai and appears as very unstable as if he cannot exactly complete control the full force of his energy.

His pole-arm is covered in reiatsu and glows in the yellow and jolting aura. Whenever he gets ready to launch his attack or activate his powers, the lightning goes while and cackling and it calls upon a bolt to strike from the clouds and hit his metal conductor.

The Abilities of the Shikai:

Conductor of Electricity - This is one and only true ability of his shikai. Because of his experiments and studies he has been able to incorporate other methods of using his powers to their full ability. The weapon he wields during his shikai is nothing more than a conductor. It allows him to harness and store the power of electricity and conduct it through the weapon though he cannot actually shoot bolts of lighting or electricity with it. He can hit someone with the weapon and send jolts of electricity through them.

He can control lighting on a magnetic pulse level, much like the ones that run through his body. It enhances his blows and attacks, but is y no means long range for it is hard to control and aim the power of lightning accurately unless conducted through something. Impacting someone and sending the bolts through him he can cause parts of their body to be numb or even stop working altogether. It depends how direct and deep the blow is as well as how strong his opponent is and their level of reiatsu. The weaker they are, the more effect it will have against them. Also he must be in direct contact with an object in order to conduct lighting through it, so if he wanted to send a jolt through someone's heart then he would have to have a direct flow to it somehow.

Black Metallic Stitches - The large bolt that goes through his brain is used as a conductor for Suzaku to control the electromagnetic impulse in his own body and the wires that run through his veins and body. By using the power of his shikai he can bend the wires and stitch up wounds he may have. Using his science and understanding that with his powers he could jolt someone's heart back into commission, Suzaku fashioned the network of wires throughout his body with the bold through his brean so that it could read the electric signals of his mind.

With this technique and practice he can replace damaged body parts that may have been amputated or even replace organs. Suzaku can also use it on others to help heal them and work surgically on them, but he cannot work on a molecular level. For example, if his arm gets charred then there is nothing he can do to repair that skin. Instead it will most likely just chop it off and replace it with a new one that he may build from his lab or take from a test subject.

The metal stitches running across his body also allow him to conduct and let the lightning flow through him. This allows him to emit the electricity from his body, making it cackle around his figure and form. It also enhances his hand to hand combat, allowing him to transfer electrifying blow every time he lands and kick or a punch so that his metal pole-arm is not the only thing that can deliver an electrifying attack.

The system lets him store and control his reiatsu, allowing him to bend the levels and pressure of his spiritual power. He can conduct and send this through any amount of metal or water but there has to be a direct connection. This is why he also wields a double-bladed knife on a black, metal, wire that resembles the very stitches he uses to sew up his own body and clothing. He uses this as an offensive weapon, a grappling hook, or as a instrument through which to conduct his electricity since his shikai is nothing more than a conductor itself that allows him to control lightning and electricity.

This was another invention of his and it is stored upon his wrist, having a electric motor system that works with the impulse of his mind and wire system so he can shoot out and withdraw the wire whenever he pleases. With this knife on a wire he can use mid-range attacks, up to twenty feet in range. It can allow him more direct attacks with the lightning as he can send surges through this.

As long as the opponent avoids it though then they will be untouched. It is as soon as the wire wraps around then or the blade penetrates them that they are in trouble. If Suzaku managed to penetrate their chest he could in theory stop their heart if they were not strong enough to withstand the jolt.

The black, metal wires that Suzaku uses are strong as steel and enhanced with his reiatsu that flows through them. They can be cut with a blade as long as that blade is being wielded by someone whose spiritual pressure either matches his or goes beyond. Also the amount of wire he has concealed within his body is not infinite, he can run out so he must reload and recharge after a battle. The most consuming aspect would be him using his wires to stitch someone else up for he would have to leave the stitches within them and he cannot control or conduct through them unless he has direct contact with them.

The Bankai Name: Inazuma, God of Lightning

The Method of Release:

Upon releasing his Bankai, Suzaku will throw his arm up to the sky and unless his conducting pole-arm. It will shoot up into clouds that will form around it and conceal the weapon. He will then yell “Bankai!” and there will be an explosion of lightning reiatsu in the sky as the pole-arm disperses into multiple bolts that streak out through the sky and start up a thunder storm. A shock wave will emit from his figure, stirring up the dirt around them.

An explosion will go off around Suzaku as he reaches his full power. Smoke and dust will spread out through the area. The wind around him will take up wildly again like a storm, similar to his shikai but more violent as lightning dances dangerous around him. A thick and powerful bolt of lighting will strike him from the clouds, lighting up his entire figure as his entire form glows and flashes with electricity as it pulses with his movements. His eyes will gleam gold and an electrical current will emit from the screw on his head and radiate through his body.

Bankai Appearance:

The appearance of his Bankai is not all that different from his shikai. In fact after releasing it, Suzaku is left wielding no weapon at all. His pole-arm has turned into pure reiatsu and dispersed into the sky, cackling about the clouds as lightning. He then just stands there with electricity buzzing around his body and head as the screw through his head conducts it wildly throughout him, unleashing his full potential when it comes to bending and controlling the lightning.

Suzaku can summon pole-arms from the sky, up to one-hundred of them. All of the pole-arms appear as the same conductors as his shikai so his bankai is essentially his shikai multiplied by one-hundred. When he wishes to summon one all he has to do is raise his hands up to the sky and a bolt of lightning will shoot down and form into one. He can create one right in his very hand or decide to place it elsewhere on the field of battle, sticking it in the ground or either having it float in the air somewhere. The pole-arms are constantly raging with electricity that buzz around the metallic poles. Anywhere in his eyesight he can summon one of those poles up to one-hundred.

Beyond that, each pole-arm can shoot out black, double edge daggers that are attached to black wire. Each of the three prongs of the pole-arms, being the top point of the vertical pole and the two end points of the horizontal, can each fire out one of his daggers on a wire. They can be fired in any direction as long as they are pointing in the right directly for they move in straight, vectored lines and cannot curve so he has to actually angle the pole-arms to fire them where he wants.

He can also connect the wires amongst other poles, sort of connecting the dots and making one big net of wire he can conduct from. This is where Suzaku originally got the idea of his stitches and his side weapon in the first place, from examining and studying his bankai to so he could exploit and use his abilities to their full potential.

The Abilities of Bankai:

The Storm - With a raging thunder storm and cackling lightning going on above him, Suzaku can also use his bankai to produce rain. A downpour of rain will fall down upon the field of battle within the circumference of one mile. It can ran for as long as he has his bankai out and summoned, but he can halt and stop it at any time and even choose not to use it at all.

The rain will dampen the battle field, creating puddles here and there which will help to make his lightning and electricity much more conductive if he wishes. All he has to do is touch a puddle of water and he can send shocks of electricity through it that will spread across the field of battle as long as it has something else to connect or chain to. If the opponent is not touching something linked to it, such as not being near the water, then there is no way it can reach them. However if a person were to have their feet in a steam of water that is trickling from a puddle where Suzaku is and he sends his current of lightning through it then they will feel the jolt.

God of Lightning - His bankai enhances his ability to control, conduct, bend and use electricity. There is a constant storm over his figure when he summons his bankai, lighting raining down upon the battle field and connecting to the conductors he has summoned and set in place, storing energy for his use. Even his body is a conductor as lightning will strike the metal, black screw in his head and give him some juice.

With the plotted pole-arms on the field of battle and the wires he can connect between them, he can be much more accurate with his lightning and even shoot out bolts and fire them at targets. He can shoot out the daggers attached to wires, making them glow with lightning aura which makes them strike all the much faster and harder. He sort of creates a web in which he is completely safe, a spider hunting prey that is caught in an obstacle course for if an opponent is to get hit or touched by any of his conductors of wires then they will feel the sting of his electricity.

Wielding one of the pole-arms in his hands, Suzaku can actually direct lightning bolts at an opponent, though they are never too direct and tend to bounce and flash around which is why he will use the many conductors and wires as points and guidance systems to aim the lightning that he summons from the storm in the sky. The Captain can also bending and circuit the electricity he has in a pole-arm he is wielded and use it to create pure weapons of electricity that spark with lightning aura. For example, he may direct the lightning across the horizontal pole of his pole-arm and arch it downward toward the middle of the vertical pole to create was seems like a scythe made of pure, cackling and dancing lightning.

Wired Puppeteer - With the power of his bankai, Suzaku can put his black wires and electromagnetic impulses to a whole new level. He can extend the range and control, able to bend and use them to his will more easily as he taps into the large amount of electrical energy flowing through him and his juiced of screw which is constantly receiving jolts from the sky. It allows him to use the wires like the strings of a puppeteer when it comes to the body.

If he loses control of one of his body parts, either they are damaged, paralyzed, broken or something along those lines then he can send shocks through them and force them to move to his will. Also Suzaku can separate a limb and control it over a distance, such as an arm. He can unwind the stitches around his shoulder and send his arm shooting about through the air at an opponent, controlling it as long as the wires stay dug into the limb to feed it the electrical shocks. With this it allows him some range much like the daggers he can shoot out with the wires attached.

Captain Misukai can also reanimate dead bodies and parts with the use of his black tendrils, he simply has to weave and sew them into the nerve system of the body and send shocks through it in order to control it like one large puppet. This only works as long as the black wires are attached like strings and the puppets are mindless of course, nothing more than objects he can control and conduct his lightning through.

The Darker Side

Mask Description:

When summoning and tapping into his powers as a Vizard, Suzaku will bring his hand up so it is only slightly above his face and he will hook his fingers as if he is getting ready to claw and slash at his very own head with his nails. Then he will instead bring his hand down slowly as a powerful black and black aura of sharp wind and white lightning engulfs him and simply explodes all around him in a shock wave as the masks forms on his face, fading and glowing in with a bright red light.

Suzaku's mask takes on the shape of a human face and the look and structure of one as well, though it looks more like a skull instead of a fleshy head. A triangle of red on the right side of the mask on the forehead, the end of it trailing all the way to the end of the upper mask, the point of it around his temple. Black veins streak through the blood red.

The eye sockets bulge out, giving his eyes a more hollowed out look as his yellow pupils glow out from the blacks of his eyes that were once white. The bony mouth has a sharp row of teeth and a constant flow hot breath leaking and slowly pouring out of it. Black scars stretch out over the mask, two of them shaped like a four-pointed star that web out across his face like it is patched up or held together by those scars alone. They appear much like the black stitches that are all over his body and the wires he uses during his bankai.

Inner Hollow Description:

The hollow appears just like a mirror, ghostly-white image of Suzaku as if someone had dipped him in a pool of white paint. The hollow's body is thin but muscular like Suzaku. He appears to be the same weight, height and age at all times...perhaps even mistaken for an albino twin. A very noticeable difference is that his eyes glow with a vibrant purple rather than a golden yellow. Also the electrical aura around him storms and cackles with vicious purple bolts of lightning that matches the color of his eyes.

His hair is pure white and hangs down in his eyes, always is it unkempt. Long, messy, and shaggy, it hangs just shy of his shoulders and covers his ears. Hanging down in his eyes, casting his face into shadow and mystery, one can still see the purple gleam and glow of his powerful, evil, and demonic pupils that float in the pitch black of his hollowed eyes. He always appears gloomy with lines across his face showing what a disturbed individual he is and suggests that he never sleeps.

His face is never scruffy though unlike Suzaku, it is always clean of facial hair. The hollow's face is rather flawless as well, though it is its white body that is littered with black scars that mimic Suzaku's and he has all of the stitches but they are reversed on his body, flipped over like one would see when peering into a mirror, they are reflected across his body. The face of this hollow is one that always watches and analyzes, always does it keep a cynical smirk and a look of blood-lust. A smirk that can only be classified as sarcastic happiness lines his lips as his sadistic ideas flow and form inside his head.

The hollow always wears white robes with a black-blade copy of Suzaku's zanpakuto. When in shikai or bankai, his pole-arm conductor is pure white metal rather than black and same goes for the wires he uses though his stitches remain black. Also the hollow has been known to wear a hood over its face, casting it in shadow so only his glowing eyes reach out upon it. His cackling laugh emitting from his wormy lips at times can send chills through the bones of the completely sane.

Inner Hollow Personality:

This hollow's personality is almost the exact opposite of Suzaku's, this is because the hollow represents the inner insanity and dormant madness that lies within. While Suzaku is calm and likes to be strategic and think, his hollow just wants to jump into battle. Using speed, power, and insanity to overcome and press the opponent into a corner and defeat. Using nothing but raw powerful and the knowledge of lust to fight in order to achieve the blood of the opponent is known to this hollow.

Heartless, cold, cynical, and pure insane, it cares not who it attacks or kills. It just wants blood and death, to move on from worthless life to life and slaughter them all and paint the world red while Suzaku is one that would rather stick to the shadows and wait for the right time to strike...his hollow form would find and start the fight. Their two personalities leak back and forth at times to give Suzaku his duo personality. This hollow plays a strong part in his fighting and decision making at times because it.

Inside of Suzaku there is always a conflict as he tries to keep a cap and control over his insanity that is also sometimes representing by his need for blood and to dissect people. The hollow knows this, thus he feeds on it and pokes at it, pointing out how nice it would be to cut someone up or commenting on how a situation would be so much better if there was more blood. Thus the hollow happily lends his powers to the captain in order to try and influence him. The more power he unleashes and the longer the battle drags on, the more his hollow threatens to take over.

A raging psychopath, the hollow is an extreme manipulate as he is very cunning and do whatever he wants with whatever and with whoever he wishes in order to see the results he is trying to get. Foolish emotions do not weigh him down; he will not hesitate to cut down anyone in his way whether they be trying to kill Suzaku, or if they are becoming emotionally distracting to him and their goals. His main goal is power and survival, to become the best so that he may live over all and do as he sees fit. Though he has nothing in mind such as ruling over anyone, he only wishes to destroy and have his share of what he calls fun.

Even though Suzaku has defeated him before in order to claim the power of the mask and shut away his insanity so it did not rule him, this hollow does not give up easy and he never will. This is the type of being that will fight with every bone that is broken, every severed body part, he will use anything and anyone in order to win and survive on. The battlefield, a body, a sacrifice, his own arm or leg, anything he can implement into a sadistic and radical plan in order to get out of a tough spot and turn the battle around he will do so...not caring what he destroys or sacrifices, as long as he lives on for that is his only purpose as a hollow. Other than that he just likes to watch the world burn and people fail, fall, suffer, and die.

Vizard Ressurreccion:

Suzaku has not reached this level. For him to reach such a state would mean he would fully be giving into his insanity and let his hollow and the madness that follows completely overrun and rule him. He would lose control and thus lose himself to the blood lust. He fears that if he succumbs to such power that he will be consumed and lost in it forever an never be the same, the hollow would rise to power as his insanity would be worn on the outside and the one known as Suzaku Misukai would lie dormant deep inside, stored within the cage that his mad hollow was once rattling in.

The Historic Origin.

History:

Suzaku's mother died while giving birth to him so he came into the world without a mother and had nothing but his father. His mother had been very sick to begin with, and since there was no medication at the time, nor was medical science advance enough, she did not make it past the act of childbirth. So it was his father who had to raise him and take care of him with the help of a few other family members and relatives. He had no siblings whatsoever.

His father was a fighter, a warrior, one of Martial Arts who also served in the army at that time like many of the men did. His father trained him from when Suzaku could first stand, of course his father also worked extra hard with Suzaku to get him to stand at a very early age. Though as a young child he could not workout much, his father had him do things such as do chores around the house and other things of that nature that just came naturally. Little workouts as well were induced such as push-ups, sit-ups and other things like that. As he grew older though, Suzaku soon started to train with weighted objects, lifting them and improving his body's speed and strength and he started to define his muscles rather quickly.

Suzaku attended school just like everyone other boy and was deep in his studies but also in his martial arts training. School and education was taken very serious, and though he was more interested in the martial arts, he still studied vigorously to remain as one of the top students and bright minds in his class. His father believed in a bright and intelligent mind for it also held the key to the perfect warrior. A weapon without a trained mind was nothing more than an object inside the hand of a foolish brute.

Almost all the students were trained in combat from an early age, or rather in the way of the sword if their father had served in the army. Even though the world was slowly moving on with further advances in technology and the first appearances of guns, the use of swords was still highly preferred and very honorable as well as prideful for Suzaku, his father, and many others at that time. He learned along with many others the way to wield a blade as an extension to their arm and body as not only a weapon but a tool. It was a tool they could bend to their will and use to fight for what they treasured and believed in.

As he got older, Suzaku saw less and less of his father as he went off to fight when needed, as a soldier he was on active duty. He continued to go to school, do chores, and took care of their home as his father was away. Suzaku continued to train in the art of the sword as well as keep up with his studies for it would be soon the time when he would come of the age to join the army as well. However, things started to take a turn for the worse as he learned that his father had died in combat.

Slowly he started to fade away from everything, such as his chores, school, even the woman of whom he was planning on marrying some day when he came to age. Now his entire life was consumed by his need to practice his martial arts for it made him feel at peace and closer to his father. He now had only one thing on mind, which was to become a warrior and do his best to avenge his father and keep the memory of him alive. Suzaku had always just wanted to make his father proud of him, and he felt there was no other way.

Soon after the death of his father he joined the ranks and under his commander he charged into battle after battle. Countless lives were taken by his blade as he slayed warrior after warrior under the command of his leader. Suzaku accumulated a large amount of scars himself from wounds he would receive from an enemies blade, but his determination, skill, and shear will would not let him go down or give up. There were close moments where he almost lost his composure along with his life, which is when it came in handy to have allies who watched your back for you as you watched theirs as well.

Life after life, fountains and pools of blood, friends and foes both dying, tears, sweat, fire and ashes, never did they stop to grieve or rest for it seemed like there was no time...in order to honor the dead, they had to continue on so their sacrifice will have been without nothing. As warriors they were trained to continue on and see things to the end. It just went on and on and on. While their bodies grew tired, their minds became restless and it was harder and harder to fall asleep.

They carried so much weight on their shoulders. The weight of their village, the weight of their families and what they believed in, the weight of the injured soldiers and all the conflicting feelings and emotions that came with the war. They carried their weapons, rations, and equipment as ell as sicknesses and the unforgiving weather. Haunting memories and visions were burned into their waking eyes, and thus Suzaku was cast into darkness filled with blood and grime as he abandoned all emotions to become a killing machine set out in the memory of his father so that he may survive and return alive. When it came to survival, it was unbelievable what some were capable of doing, as well as what horrible things they were ordered to do.

After five years of what seemed like endless war, Suzaku began his long journey back home at the age of twenty-three. This is when things took another interesting turn. As he entered his village and set up in his old abandoned house, he could find no peace as his mind was always distracted and littered with the thoughts of the war. No work could satisfy him, and his dreams with haunted by the visions of those he had killed or had seen get killed. So he trudged on day after day until one day he encountered something in the rain.

At first he had thought it to be just another illusion, as hot breath spilled over his back and he was suddenly sheltered from the rain. Turning around he faced the large outline of some monster glaring down at him with monstrous eyes and it let out a deep growl. Ever since the war he had been seeing the flashing faces of the many that had died by his hand or those he was friends with, so it only made since this was another trick of his mental state. That only seemed logical until the beast actually slashed Suzaku across the back, tearing open his robes and leaving a large gash in his chest. Stumbling to his feet he unsheathed his katana from the war, suddenly fueled with what felt like pure adrenaline he lunged and struck out, cutting the beast down.

Not sure what had occurred, Suzaku took it upon himself to slay any of these beasts he encountered, finding that they were hunting the ghostly images of the people he had been seeing in his visions. These beasts devoured the souls of the dead or so it seemed, he was not sure of their purpose or what was happening but he decided to step in when he could. Suzaku could not just stand by as he could hear the screams and cries of help and pain that echoed those he heard in the war as these monsters hunted the wandering souls. Mentally, he had to step in, it was his pride and duty to as a warrior and he felt like it was fate.

The more he fought these monsters, however, the more that seemed to come. Others were stronger, some were weaker, some were small and some were rather big. They took all sorts of shapes and forms and they seemed to vary. With each encounter he could make them out more and more, slowly they no longer appeared blurry or invisible and he swore he could see them as clear as he could another living person in the light of day. While he was injured several times by these beasts and collected some broken bounds, wounds, and scars, he continued to pick himself back up and continue on and on like he had learned as a warrior. It became harder and harder as he seemed to become slower and weaker, or they were becoming faster and stronger.

One day he met his match to a particularly large and powerful monster. All he could remember was a large fist coming down upon his head and then he blacked out, suddenly all of his physical pain had vanished and now he was only filled with emotional and mental pain to the point where it was devouring him.

When he awoke he was a wandering spirit that was lost in his own depression and sins to the point where he almost became a hollow himself. The very things he fought to kill were now after his spirit since he contained a larger flow of reiatsu than the normal person. Suzaku was now always on the run, trying to avoid them and hide as he was hunted and was almost devoured time and time again. His mind started to become more and more twisted and warped as he was falling into the darkness and his soul chain was withering away, the hole in his chest grew larger and larger and started to gape as he was about to slip away. The body that he knew was ready to disperse and be destroyed only to be reborn as a hollow.

He was finally saved by a soul reaper, however, and his soul was set free and harbored to the Soul Society were it was reborn and all of his past memories and troubles were gone. There he lived on the outskirts with the other unfortunate souls. He vowed to become a Soul Reaper then and there, to rise above the rest and destroy hollows and all evil. He would save other souls and destroy those that were evil. It was his instinct, his way of the warrior. While he could not remember the past he still knew who he was and the fight against hollows. He still knew the way of the sword; he was a fighter and always would be. He wanted to become a warrior and join the ranks with Soul Society so that he could continue on to protect and make a difference. There was a flame deep inside him that continued to spark and grow with the power and passion to defeat what he had come to know as hollows.

Suzaku made his way into the soul reaper academy. His swordsmanship grew and prospered quickly as he rose to the top of the class, he was a natural with a katana after all. His kido spells didn't do so well at first. He seemed only be able to get the basic ones, or the ones with the lightning element as a base, and even then he would put too much reiatsu into it and sometimes it would blow up in his face. He eventually mastered control of his inner reiatsu as he gained his shikai almost by accident. Since he had trouble controlling his reiatsu it just sort of burst from him, his blade transforming into a the conductor which he was unsure of how to use or what to do with it. His spiritual force started to spike as bit by bit the electricity within was released. He graduated from the academy after achieving his shikai, but he did not really know how to control it yet, and was placed in the twelfth division, unseated since his shikai was seen as rather pointless at the time.

He continued to train and grow stronger. His understanding of his power, shikai and kido spells grew and he was able to control his reiatsu better, mastering his control of the inner force once again. Suzaku quickly climbed to the higher rankings, reaching for a seat. He started to train in secret, becoming stronger and faster, as well as understanding the limit and depth of his powers. He found his powers could be used to quickly kill his opponents through strategy and strength, although they were still new and still rather foreign. He grasped the element of lightning and accepted it as who he was, using it as an extension of his large conductor itself. The raging energy within him lived and breathed with his ability to bend and use lightning with the help of Inazuma and also his Captain, Mayuri. He was truly starting to become one with his zanpakuto and become a true shinigami and warrior.

Captain Mayuri studied his shikai, intrigued by its unique powers just like he was with everyone else. He help Suzaku understand it a bit better and understand out to use it, that he could control and conduct lightning through touch. Mayuri is the reason Suzaku became so interested with science in the first place and over the years he became fascinated with the increase in technology and the level of science and medication as well. There was so much to study in all worlds and dimensions, reiatsu itself had many different pressures and frequencies that could be observed. It was very interesting how each person seemed to have their own signature and could link up with a unique zanpakuto that they could only wield and use to its full potential.

In secret he trained with his shikai, training and communicating with his zanpakutou's spirit as well as reporting to Mayuri and discussing certain theories and observations with him. Inazuma showed him the way of his shikai, how to wield and use such a weapon as his large polearm as well as how to summon the spiritual lightning to his advantage. He was a powerful spirit with much reiatsu and hidden hatred that Suzaku himself knew was within him. He wanted to reach his bankai more than anything, which led to yet another endless cycle of training. In the eleventh division it was always easy to find somewhere to fight or train. He would take as many missions as possible to slay hollows, spare with partners, or train in secret. Since the eleventh division was all about fighting after all and the way of the blade, Suzaku fit in rather well and did definitely did not discourage his hard work and training.

His power shot straight up, but yet he decided to keep it a secret. If he were to become a seated member already that would only mean more work for him, and he liked to relax, especially after training so hard for so long. He wasn't ready to lead Soul Society, he still saw himself as just a warrior of the sword and now with an extension of lightning. Suzaku actually liked to be a pawn, it was all he knew, or rather he liked to complete mission after mission and slay hollow after hollow. He was afraid that if he became too high of a rank he would do more actual leading than hands on field combat.

Though he was getting more and more involved with science, even helping Mayuri complete some experiments and dissect some species to between understand them and over time he could even better understand himself. It was an obsession, to learn and grasp more so that his education may improve his own powers and understanding of the world.

He eventually made his way into the seats and remained there, not trying to challenge any other higher ranks, for most of them he knew he could defeat when it came to the twelfth division. So he remained in the seat assigned to him, keeping his shikai a secret from all others which were not that hard since it was very subtle. His mind began to wander as he grew distant and started to look down upon most all others, even the captains, though he knew with their bankai he probably stood no chance.

The only captain who he could understand and who could understand him was his own captain, Mayuri. Suzaku made sure to keep his growing power in the shadows as he came closer and closer to his bankai, and yet slowly became more and more consumed by a darkness within that seemed to feed on his power. If anything, he just wanted to remain under the command of Mayuri where he knew he could still fight and train all he wanted for this as well as experiment with his new powers and abilities to try and bring them out to their full potential. His captain knew of his shikai of course along with a handful of others, but there was no need to spread the word about it for he had not become all that much of a hotshot in Soul Society yet.

Then it happened, something Suzaku was afraid of as it only seemed likely with all that was going on in Society that where would be some sort of inner corruption. With Ichigo's and the others breaking in and the odd sentence of Rukia's death, nothing seemed to have been adding up anymore. Aizen's betrayal left Soul Society shaken and Suzaku's mind clouded. The power that Aizen sought made sense, and yet it was discrimination to Suzaku. Aizen did not deserve to have so much power and control; neither did anyone in Soul Society. They were all weak; all of them were lesser to him in his eyes. They were naive in trusting Aizen for so long, like the incident with the Vizards and Urahara's so called betrayal. It started to make Suzaku more and more skeptical, it did not help that his mind was still somewhat shattered and confused, sometimes split.

Now Suzaku would break the boundaries of Soul Society. He would grow stronger than any Soul Reaper and use his own methods to destroy Aizen and all of those who oppose him. Then he would return to Soul Society only to rule it and reshape it in his own image. That was his ambition, he originally believed, his hatred and power drove him toward it. He now sought to escape Soul Society and its boundaries and try to reach a greater power. Something was wrong he knew it, he felt like he was drowning in his own power, the stronger he got the worse it became and his thoughts only became more twisted. He just had to get away and find himself, he had to grasp this power...Soul Society was no longer what he wanted or need, for it was no longer safe for him or from him.

Suzaku started to spend much time in the human world, fighting and training, searching for answers and power. Hollows and Arrancar were attracted to his spiritual presence and hunted him down. Suzaku invaded Hueco Mundo so many times and got in so many encounters that he just found himself running from the fights just to survive and each fight brought him closer to the darkness. Every time he cut down a hollow or an arrancar he could feel his powers grow and pulse. The stronger the opponent, the worse it got...like a throbbing headache that was trying to explode from his mind.

Countless battles left Suzaku worn and tired, even though his powers and hatred grew, he could still only take so much. Soul Society learned of his absence and now he was being followed by both sides. He was forced to run and hide from Soul Reapers and Hollows, along with high skilled assassins. He grew cold and oblivious from the rest of the world. His hatred only grew and twisted his mind, images of his past life as a human flashed into view that made no sense. It was like his mind was slowly starting to split in two, the part of who he use to be and who he was slowly becoming. His appearance became ruffled as he was now an outcast. Only one thing drove him on, to kill Aizen so he could gain power and control and maybe triumph over what presided inside his own self.

Suzaku then slipped into madness as he let his insanity take full control as he snapped. His thirst for blood grew, turning into a lust that filled his entire being and mind. All he wanted to do was rip people apart and dissect them from the inside, see what their guts looked like in order to try and understand and piece together all the confusing thoughts he had and try to put together the contradicting pieces. So he went hunting for trouble and fights. The arrancar were too fast and strong for Suzaku, with his mind pounding away and his zanpakuto pulsing for blood lust it was like he was battling himself on the inside and it distracted him. he could no longer focus on his opponents and it soon became his own downfall that lead him to receive blow after blow, wound after wound. He almost lost his life as he was slowly losing who he was.

With Inazuma driving him on, he made it out with his life, but his memories, ambition, and reason to live had disappeared. He had utterly lost, without even knowing what had happened and why he had become the way that he was. Cast into the darkness of trauma and psychological break downs, he wandered around alone...remembering only small puzzle pieces of who he was, and what he was doing. His experiences left him scarred physically and mentally. His heart was turned to stone, his smiles went sadistic and turned into sarcasm. He laughed at others and foolish ideas, acts, and problems. He became very much the loner that he is today, never trusting anyone, and never totally trusted by someone else.

He started to come around and change during the final stages of the war against Aizen and the Arrancar. He worked with Soul Society once again, he could see that it would need to be a group effort and the Vizards had joined in as well. By now though, two separate entities had started to form within him and his mind. This is when he unlocked his monstrous bankai and started to slay arrancar one by one on his own, trying to keep his bankai mostly a secret and under wraps.

It was under his bankai when he felt the strongest, but also the farthest away from himself. He found himself having little control and struggled internally even more. The distractions of it cost him dearly and even with his bankai, Suzaku started to lose battle after battle...only to black out and wake up with his enemy slaughtered brutally and he being covered in their blood.

When the war was over, he and Soul Society were left severely scarred. Suzaku decided to return to Soul Society as they invited him back from his efforts and help during the war and the for the many arrancar factions he had slain. With Captain Yamamoto gone new rules and laws were put into place and they were more forgiving so that Soul Society could sort of build up its power more quickly as they were in a time of need. He joined back up with Squad Twelve, wanting no other as he would only follow and listen to Mayuri and his ways.

Back in Soul Society once again, Suzaku turned back to science and working with his bankai. His powers were brought to a whole new level and his bankai gave him a better grasp of what he was capable of. Thus, he started to experiment along with Mayuri's help here and there. Using the same idea as conducting electricity through the wires of his bankai, he incorporated it through his body by implanting the bolt into his brain to control the electromagnetic impulse through his body and nerve system. He then went about stitching up his already scarred body and tested out his abilities, examining himself like a test subject.

He turned down offers to be a captain or lieutenant, not feeling comfortable leading in such a rank in Soul Society after such a long time, nor did he believe he was ready or that he could in his condition and mental state. He was still very skeptical of everyone and everything, besides time was wasting and Aizen was still out there building up his forces once again.

Suzaku first noticed he had inner problems during his trials against Aizen and the Arrancar, he would often lose control but it would save him because of that. It was like a gift and a curse. The reason he figured that he had a sleeping hollow inside was that his soul was once lost and so close to becoming a hollow itself that it was a miracle that he had been saved and ended up turning into a soul reaper instead.

Now it slowly made since as the pieces of his past slowly came together bit by bit and his second personality slowly started to form. He now realized what dark powers lay dormant within him and what the cause in his struggle was. A few times during the war, in heavy and dangerous battles the mask had burst upon his face as the monstrous hollow took control when Suzaku lost it and blacked out...it all started to make sense, he had the potential to be amongst the Vizards.

It also did not help his condition with that fact that he had used several body parts from test hollow and arrancar specimens in the lab to help replace and piece of damaged and missing parts of his body. This only allowed for a stronger connection between him and his inner hollow, allowing the insane hollow to grasp at his body and connect to it more easily.

Cero was one of the first hollow attacks his inner hollow used and often times he would use it so carelessly that not only did it kill some of the hollow, but it would take some soul reapers along with it. He hated it because of that, but he also cherished it for it saved him many times in that Great War, if it had not been for his bankai and hollow he never would have made it out of there alive. Even if he could not control his inner hollow and they could not get along together, they both did have a few things in common that allowed Suzaku to somewhat aim the dark power and rage. They both wanted to be strong and survive.

With his new problems and conflict within, Suzaku figured it was best to leave Soul Society until he could get a handle on things. He went to the human realm once again and tracked down Urahara, a former captain of soul society. Suzaku trained with him in the hopes that he could gain control of his inner hollow and use it against Aizen and the Espada, as well as the other Arrancar that were out there. Suzaku went to him because he was the former captain of the twelfth the division and was into research and development just like him, it ws known that he knew quite a bit about the whole vizard process as well. After being taken to the training chamber below the hideout, Urahara commenced to test Suzaku of his abilities and train him with his hollow.

They then went with the final run, Urahara knocked Suzaku out and sent him into contact with his inner soul and the soul of his zanpakutou. There his hollow was waiting for him. That is when he learned that the hollow was almost the exact opposite of him in almost every way possible, and the hollow had taken over Inazuma. It was a fierce battle that went on, Suzaku against himself, shikai against shikai, bankai against bankai. Suzaku would never win at this rate. His own heart was being swallowed by the darkness and overwhelming power of the hollow, he was drowning in the thick black sea of reiatsu created by the beast.

On the outside Urahara was releasing everything he had to keep the hollow contained as Suzaku's body started to transform. Tessai stepped in and helped with his vast knowledge of kido and binding spells to help contain the power of Suzaku's hollow and supported Urahara in the process. Inside Suzaku finally found his resolution and overthrew the hollow. He would destroy all evil, stop Aizen and the Espada, he would stop anyone that got in his way and he would survive it all.

His ambitions and goals were set and written all over again. Now he was ready to set out on the path to gain his own power and do things his own way. He had his own beliefs, his own judgment and views of justice. Of course he could always also go back to his science which had once consumed him and he loved. Experimenting, analyzing, studying and perform experiments...it all seemed to calm his mind and make him feel like he was more in control for in a way he was in control of whatever he was doing and the more he learned the more he could understand and the less there was to the unknown. Though, all of this was to be warped by the inner hollow once again.

It was restless and powerful and would not sit by for long. The hollow was an angry and powerful beast, fueled by Suzaku's past emotions and memories; it was the true nature of his power, the darkness within him that corrupted him, his contradiction, his confusion, frustration, his absolute strength, super weapon and his inner weakness.

Suzaku was forever now torn in two, his powers, body and his dual personalities. He gained power from Inazuma and from his hollow, when he failed to win his hollow would always take full control and take care of business himself. While he could summon and control his mask on his own and tap into the powers of his hollow, Suzaku could still be overwhelmed and lose control if he were to lose in a fight or become to weak to carry on...it is at such times when his hollow takes full advantage and rises up.

In his mind Suzaku knows he still needs his inner hollow, at times when there are conflicts within him he finds that he actually enjoys what powers the hollow can grant him. He is afraid of the inner insanity and madness that lurks within his depths and yet it scares him even more that he enjoys it and finds himself knowing that he really needs it. While he learns to control and aim it more and more, as well as communicate with his inner hollow more and more like he does with Inazuma, Suzaku realizes that he will never actually have a full grasp or control over his power. The hollow's presence is too strong, Suzaku's mind and body is two warped and he still needs the darkness.

Feeling that he was no longer out of control, having grasped his shikai and bankai and tapping into the power, Suzaku returned to Soul Society once again and joined the Twelfth Division. His bankai and powers had been made known as well as his knowledge. He went back to his science and studies until the leader of the twelfth division disappeared. Mayri was killed off in the war.

This is when he finally took a step up. He was the strongest in the division after all, he had his bankai and he knew all of the research as well as how to run the squad and what needed to be done. Studying under Mayuri for so long he knew the drills, the lab, the procedures and protocols. His hollow and madness were still lurking, but he believed he could keep a handle on it as long as he focused on the research and develop the division was responsible for.

Over time he started to open up more and more to the people around him, actually meeting some individuals he could call friends and he started to feel some emotions as he started to care for the well being of his friends and those in his division because as their captain he was responsible. Suzaku knew he could use his power and research to protect them, he even offered some help training here and there in order to observe and analyze, it always peeked his interest to study the fighting techniques of others as well as the abilities of their zanpakuto.

Now Suzaku finds himself fitting into the role of Captain rather well, his has developed many methods to keep his madness and insane personality at bay. His research and development, along with calming his nerves with cigarettes and with the guidance of those he cares for he can stay on top and do what is right. Though he is still and always will be a strange individual as his personality shows. Still, one day he knows he may lose complete control again as he bottles everything up and he can feel it gather within the black pit beneath his heart. The hollow within rattles at its cage, picking and pocking at him to try and gain control.

30. Shitotsu Sansen (Beak-Stab Triple Beam) - Shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his/her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle.

37. Tsuriboshi (Suspending Star) - Creates a star-shaped cushion of Spiritual Energy, which anchors it to nearby objects with "ropes" of spirit particles. It can stop falling objects, acting like a safety net.

61. Rikujōkōrō (Six Rods Prison of Light) — Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. The target is then unable to move any part of there body including the parts that were not struck by the beams.
Incantation: "Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six!"

62. Hyapporankan (Hundred Steps Fence) — A rod formed of energy is thrown towards the target before it disintegrates into numerous short rods which are used to pin the target to the surroundings and render them immobile.

63. Sajo Sabaku (Locking Bondage Stripes) — Binds the arms of a target. Physical strength alone should not be enough to break out of a level 60 Bakudō, however if the one hit by this is stronger than the caster then it is possible.

75. Gochūtekkan (Quintet of 1 kan Iron Pillars) — Summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars to pin a target to the ground.
Incantation: "Walls of ironsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end."

81. Danku (Splitting Void) — Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall. It is capable of stopping destructive spells up to #89.

11. Tsuzuri Raiden (Bound Lightning) - Electric current flows through any object the user touches and is able to lead electricity, damaging any target that is in contact with the object the current runs through.

54. Haien (Abolishing Flames) — Fires a blast of purple spiritual energy that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact.

58. Tenran (Orchid Sky) - A widening tornado-like blast is fired towards the target.

63. Raikōhō (Thunder Roar Cannon) — Fires a massive wave of yellow energy at a target.
Incantation: "Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle!"

63. Sōren Sōkatsui (Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down) — Essentially a doubled version of #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety.
Incantation: "Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens."

88. Hiryugekizokushintenraiho (Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon) — Fires a gigantic blast of spiritual energy resulting in an truly enormous explosion. Suzaku still struggles quite a bit with this spell, using it sparingly because it has blown up in his face before.

Vizard Abilities:

Cero ("Hollow Flash") - High-powered energy blasts that can be fired from the mouth or hand (It has been shown that it can also be fired from the Hollow hole itself but only the Primero classed Arrancar have shown the ability to use it this way). Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use cero attacks, and it appears that higher classes of hollow can use it more efficiently. Suzaku can only use this with his mask out.

Hierro ("Steel skin") - refers to the ultra tough skin of the arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released zanpakuto bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger arrancar have proportionally stronger skin. Suzaku can only use this with his mask out.

Pesquisa ("Inquiry circuit") - is the arrancar equivalent of the shinigami ability to sense spiritual pressure. It functions similar to sonar.

Sonido ("Resounding revolution") - is the arrancar equivalent of the shinigami flash steps; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of sonido is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound used for flash steps.
