Shinigami Academy
All of the new Soul Reapers that enter into the Seireitei must attend the academy in order to learn how to cast Kidou spells as well as use their Zanpakutou to battle Hollows.

Sokyoku Hill
A large, rocky mesa located at the center of Seireitei, where it is overlooked by the Shrine of Penitence. The hill is visible from most of Seireitei. It has sheer cliffs on all sides. There are two known access points to the Sōkyoku Hill - a long bridge connecting to the Shrine of Penitence complex and a long, zigzagging stairway carved into one side of the Hill. One end of the Hill is heavily undercut. It is at this point that the Sōkyoku and the bridge are located. The opposite end is covered by a wide forest.

Outskirts - 1 Viewing
Certain parts of the Seireitei are rather uninhibited by life, bare and wasteland like with trees, both dead and alive as well as ruins and rubble of old buildings and past battles. There are also barracks and large pits. A lot of training and sparring tends to go on here.
