At this time we are only looking for a couple of members to add to our staff. We mainly need staff that does not mind reading and checking new applications, making suggestions here and there as well as providing constructive criticism if necessary until applications are deemed acceptable. Staff members must be good with people of course, kind and understand...not blunt and rude unless of course it is called for. Staff members must also be open to talk and discuss freely with other staff members, especially if they are not sure about something or need some help. They need to be able to come to me (Ty) if something is questionable or if there is some sort of dispute that needs to be solved.

Name: What you like to go by/are known by

Role Play Experience: How many years you have been role playing and what kind of role playing you have been involved in and use too.

Staff Experience: If you were a staff member on any site before then list that information here and tell us what you were responsible for. Perhaps you could provide some links to the sites

Abilities: What you have to offer as a staff member. Are you good at dealing with the general public? Reading and grammar, looking over templates/applications and responding to other members...so on and so forth. Have a bit of graphic and coding knowledge, anything really that could benefit the site if you were a staff member.

Knowledge of Bleach: Tell me what you know about Bleach. How far are you on the Anime/Manga? Just try to give us a general understanding of your knowledge.

Activity: How often can you get on and between what times?

Name: The Ghost

Role Play Experience: I've been roleplaying for around 2-3 years and have rped in multiple places, from Bleach to Naruto and ending with a custom rp site, I've rped in all of them and have also been a rather experience hoar.

Staff Experience: I've rped in many sites, but staffed for a very few, The Horizion RP for One Piece which closed down now, I was a Moderator their, responsible for making sure everyone were nice, kinda like the Judge, I did my share of apps though I'm not really good at those. Then the Pokemon Wonderland which name has changed but still exists, I was the Co-Admin there and I dealt with everyone, did some apps and focused on the public mostly. That's about it, 2 sites.

Abilities: I have a lot of experience dealing with the general public and doing some apps, I have no coding experience though lol, or graphics, but I can also moderate the threads and stuff, for falty stuff and such.

Knowledge of Bleach: What do I not know about Bleach, hmmm, Kenpachi is a big awesome ass, he has trouble putting the top bell in his hair, Byakuya has only told one joke so far, Renji doesn't like his hair cut, Ichigo lost his powers (duh), Sado has both arms with powers, Kenpachi actually is pretty skinny and such but all his clothing make him look big, Uryu got pretty murdered and his father cares for people!! Im all the way through in the Manga and Anime, still following the Manga and doing some Anime now and then. Oh Yah, WELCOME TO YOUR XCUTION!!!! ((Yes I spell it like that))

Activity: Im an activity hoar, so I can get on everyday for maybe a good 4-5 hours and when not interrupted some more. Don't no exact times, but I will be active.

Anything Else: Not really anything else, but I hope to take up and Admin or Mod spot and help out.
