The Basics
Name: Preferably a name with Japanese origin.
Gender: What is your character gender (Male or Female. None of the above?)
Day of Birth: The month and day of birth...no need for a year
Age: Your Character’s total age. Should be over 100 years if they are a Shinigami post-academy.
Visual Age: Your visual age. Shinigami usually look as old as they are when they died. They don’t age in appearance and keep their young or old looks for years and years without a change.
Height: Your height. in feet and inches please
Weight: Your weight. In pounds please.
Fighting Level: Fighting Level goes here. You can make a decision yourself but Mods get the final say. Click here to select a Fighting Level.
Fighting Skill: Fighting Skill level goes here. You can make a decision yourself but Mods get the final say. Click here to select a Fighting Skill.
The In Depth.
Allegiance: Who your Shinigami belongs to. Examples are Soul Society, Rogue, another organization, etc.
Past Gotei Division(s): Any past divisions your character may have been apart of. If none, put N/A. Or just None.
Gotei Division: This is if your character belongs to the Gotei. Place the division they belong to in here.
Seat: Your Division seat goes here. If unseated, just place “Unseated”
The Outer Physical: Describe your character's full physical make-up, their facial features, hair, eyes, body-type, muscle structure or lack of muscles. Include all the details that come to mind and more, everything that allows us to picture them in our mind. Be sure to explain their scars and flaws, not everyone is perfect, are they?
The Clothing: Here you get to describe their wardrobe, what they typically wear and don't wear, under what circumstances and for what purpose, details, what makes their clothing unique. It is a part of them and their identity after all.
The Personality: This is a very important section. Describe your character's emotions, their way of mind, their thoughts and ideas, outlook on life, observations, opinions, everything that defines a personality goes here as well as their defects.
The Fighting Style: How your character fights, their style, their own personal warrior way. Do they take a step back to observe and study, or are they the type to rush in head first? Maybe they are a it on the brute side of things, using more muscle than brains. This should reflect your Fighting Level and Fighting Skill somewhat and also reflect their personality on some levels.
The Shinigami Technicalities.
The Zanpakuto Name: The name of your Zanpakuto Weapon. Include a Translation if you use a Japanese name.
The Sealed Zanpakuto: Most sealed zanpakuto usually are some sort of katana, tanto, or wakizashi in sealed form. Simply describe it.
The Zanpakuto Spirit Appearance: Keep in mind that your spirit is part of your character, and when you see them, they are just as physically intricate as a Shinigami. Let us know their features, and other parts of them. They can be an animal, humanoid, or any other types of physical forms. Just be sure to make a solid description of your spirit.
The Zanpakuto Spirit Personality: Your Zanpakuto spirit is a completely separate entity, but they're still part of your Character. Keep that in mind while writing this section. Do they think like your character? What's their views on different subjects? Are they vocal? How do they interact with their Shinigami? Be sure to give a clear idea on how they think and act with and without your Shinigami. Essentially, be sure not to leave out their individual personality.
The Inner World: Describe your Inner World as vividly as possible. Add a picture if you must. This is the Spiritual World in which your Zanpakuto's spirit stays.
The Shikai Name: Fairly self-explanatory. Make sure it fits your Zanpakuto's abilities, and if it's in Japanese, be sure to provide a translation. Only fill this out if you wish to start with a shikai, otherwise put N/A
The Method of Release: When you say your release phrase(Shikai name), how exactly does it look when you release? Only fill this out if you wish to start with a shikai, otherwise put N/A
Shikai Appearance: What kind of appearance does your shikai take in this form? Usually when a shinigami goes through his shikai methods their blade takes upon another appearance. Describe it in good detail. Only fill this out if you wish to start with a shikai, otherwise put N/A
The Abilities of the Shikai: The abilities of your Shikai go here. Make sure that the type of the Zanpakuto and its abilities fit together. Also, keep in mind that there is a minor limitation on the number of abilities one can have. Shikai can have up to about a total of three abilities. It does not mean that you have to use all three. Shikai can have one fairly broad ability, or it can have three abilities that are diverse and tie together. If your character is a new Shinigami fresh from the academy, they are not going to know all three of their abilities, nor would they have heavy control over them. You can submit abilities for pre-acceptance, and that way once they go through in character training, you have the abilities you want already set. Another thing you can put up is the control a character currently has over a certain ability, and what it can lead to later. Only fill this out if you wish to start with a shikai, otherwise put N/A
The Bankai Name: What is the name of your Bankai? If it's Japanese, provide a translation. Only fill this out if you wish to start with a bankai, otherwise put N/A
The Method of Release: Like before, be sure to try to keep your release method quick and simple. Only fill this out if you wish to start with a bankai, otherwise put N/A
Bankai Appearance: Here lies the appearance of your Bankai. Something that needs to be explained fully and in depth. Only fill this out if you wish to start with a bankai, otherwise put N/A
The Abilities of Bankai: This is where your Bankai abilities go. Bankai is essentially an extension of Shikai, so keep in mind while making your Bankai that your character isn't going to have a water-based Shikai, and then a fire-based Bankai. Bankai usually have three set abilities, similar to Shikai, or one or two broad abilities that can be used in different manners in battle. Keep in mind that if your character has just learned Bankai, they won't be able to maintain it for long without their reiatsu tiring out. This section may also be set up for pre-acceptance for later abilities, or what an ability can eventually develop into. Only fill this out if you wish to start with a bankai, otherwise put N/A
The Darker Side
This Section is for Vizards ONLY. Do not fill out this section unless you wish to be a Vizard. Even if you fill it out, you are not guaranteed to start out as a Vizard. The staff has the final say.
Mask Description: Full description of what your mask looks like. Patterns, Colors, Design. etc.
Mask Time: Post the time you wish to have available for your Vizard. The max amount of posts for a Vizard is fifteen. Every Vizard should have at most One post as a beginning Vizard.
Inner Hollow Description: Just like a Zanpakuto Spirit, you now have yet another entity living within you. Describe this entity from chin up to chin down. That means we need an appearance, not every Inner Hollow HAS to be a doppleganger of the original Shinigami, get creative.
Inner Hollow Personality: Explain the personality also, the hollow doesn't HAVE to be a blood thirsty sadistic savage that wants nothing but to see someone dead, think outside the box. Yes they are hollow, but it has been proven that they can be capable of the usual hunger for power nature.
Vizard Ressurreccion: Very rarely do Vizards get this stage of power. It seems that not even the Original Vizards were able to gain this stage of power, noting the extreme rarity of this ability. Include a detailed description of what form your Character takes when completely giving into their inner hollow, usually they take a form that is similar to an Arrancar's Ressurreccion. Also be sure to include basic personality and behavior and abilities, such as how your character uses Bankai in this stage since only a bankai level Vizard can reach such a state.
The Historic Origin.
History: Please make sure to make the history make sense. The history does not have to be long, but it has to match your character. The history is what shapes a character's personality and is extremely important! Please try to have a properly structured time line, although styles are free to stretch this request. Their past as a Shinigami and possibly a Vizard is important.
