Bount
The Basics
Name: Riakai, Dono
Gender: Male
Day of Birth: 1950
Visual Age: 13
Height: 5 foot 3
Weight: 100 lbs
Fighting Level:Mods Decision
Fighting Skill: Mods Decision
The In Depth.
Allegiance: Soul Society
The Outer Physical: Dono is very unwell built compared to many others of his power, and it is very visible. Dono is about 5 foot 3 inches tall, which is not that tall and almost around average for his age as a human. His muscles are almost invisible as he is very weak and not well built whatsoever. He has trained ever so slightly and any training was with his doll, not testing his actual body's limitations, so of course his muscles are not in any way definitive.
His leg muscles, however, stick out a bit more than the rest of his body due to the fact he used to enjoy being a runner, and traveling by foot what quite a chore but Dono adapted to it, gaining tougher feet and leg muscles. His hair is a very dark brown, which is questionable due to the fact it seems to be black. His hair is unkempt and goes down to his shoulders as it is very much uncared for.
Furthermore, his hair is uncombed and appears to be very knotty, often drifting into his eyes. However Dono seems to have adapted to it, because he can see quite well and his eyes look very sharp. His eyes are also a dark brown. Unlike his hair you can tell it is brown, and is just like any common person's brown eyes. His pupil is slightly larger than a normal humans, as they have been from the day he was born.
Dono's body is very much bruised and beaten. Being an experiment of Suzaku he has many incisions in his body around his chest and stomach, where Suzaku has made many unknown observations of how Dono worked, seeing as how with few Bounts in the world Dono was quite a big specimen for the scientific Suzaku. However, he has been worked on with the greatest precision, so even the most brutal of his experimental wounds were treated to the point where they are almost completely faded from his body. The most definitive marks are around his stomach, where you will see around 20 large incisions, and his arms where you can see where the newest needles were placed.
Moving on, Riakai weighs about 100 pounds. He appears 13 in the form of a person that probably has just began adolescence, for his voice is still somewhat hoarse and his feet are very much out of proportion with the rest of his body. Making his look somewhat goofy, but it is most commonly ignored by the regular observer.
The Clothing: Dono's clothing does not vary too much seeing as how being simply a 12th Divison experiment he doesn't get too much opportunities to get clothes, however at the same time he also doesn't feel the need for much clothes anyway. His usual apparel is his cloak. It is not too special nor is it valuable at all.
It is black and white, two very contradicting colors that bring out the color in each other on Dono's cloak. The majority of the cloak is black, and covers most of Dono's body, except of course his head, for his cloak does not have a hood. His cloak has giant holes that are quite convenient for holding things that he might find on his journey as well as his Doll's concealed form. The cloak has several white streaks going through it. They do not go all the way through and are not in a striped pattern, they are almost random in fact.
His clothes are torn, ripped on the edges from being used to commonly. He does have a second similar set, but they are just as torn up and look just the same. Around his neck Dono wears a necklace he received as a child and still wears to this day. It is made of iron, very cheap iron and very shaky. Although Dono is very proud of his necklace, he wouldn't miss it for it is usually tucked in his cloak where it can't be seen, anyway. He lacks any shoes but before he devoured his first soul and became immortal he used to wear sandals, so there is a light mark where the sandal straps used to be. This mark seems to not fade, for whatever reason.
The Personality: Ignorance. The one word that could describe Dono. He is very ignorant in very many ways. He has no clue of what he is doing most of the time. No clue of his expectations, no clue of whats going on during his experiments. And he personally has no will to find out more. Dono knows that his ignorance is the reason why his doll can get the best of him, but at the same time Dono cannot learn successfully at a quick rate. After losing so much blood and taking so much damage, injections, and drugs, he is not what you would call normal at all.
His ignorance's source is his lack of the ability to think properly. He cannot think about anything other than his addictions or battle. Addictions primarily to painkillers, and battle itself. Taking a soul and devouring it isn't what you would think. It tears you up from the inside, yet it is the best feeling ever. The feeling the immortality. The feeling of power. Dono is so driven by it, yet he doesn't know why.
Summing it up, he is addicted to souls, painkillers, battle, and has no clue why. Perhaps it was just meant to be. But Dono doesn't think about it. Dono is also pretty aggressive. During his time, during the time where he wasn't hungry for more humans, he was passive. Now though he is angry and seems always to be out for something, someone. He is confused, and when an angry bount is confused on what to be angry (yet remains angry) about his recklessness is widespread.
He has taken stuff to suppress his anger and get him calm for periods of time. But without anything suppressing him he is aggressive and will attack out whenever he sees the opportunity to. In fact, he doesn't need an opportunity. He doesn't think through the process of waiting for an opportunity. He just does. Dono has become attached to his doll, for it is his "prized possession". Dono believes that if he will ever be able to just go through the streets killing his doll is his passage. His chance for being the strongest of all humans.
Although Dono learned slowly he has been a specimen of Suzaku long enough to learn the way of being sneaky or mysterious. Dono learned how to be sneaky and mysterious over a while but it seemed to come to him somewhat naturally compared to the other things he had to learn. He likes to lie, in fact he gets a certain amount of enjoyment from it. A lot of the time he will roam around Soul Society undetected, for he finds doing that fun. However his destructive natures often follows and he will end up causing some kind of harm that causes some kind of rupture in the peace.
But he is used to it, and often can even escape into the Human World. The Human World is his favorite place by far, for many innocents live there. Its like a Bount happy meal, with a free toy inside, a whole bunch of towns to destroy. By far Riakai's playground, although he shouldn't be out there. But getting stronger is not too frowned upon, its just killing so many innocents seems to make people angry. Due to this Dono cannot devour too many souls anymore, but that does not keep him from being driven to humans.
Dono commonly underestimates people, underestimates their power and their ability to fight back. This has gotten him into some tough fights and defeats when he fights against the strongest of enemies and expects them to be weak. Although Dono underestimates many people he himself can be underestimated for without his doll in action he is pretty weak against other enemies.
The Fighting Style: Dono's fighting style is very rarely used by any strategist of any kind anywhere. This is mainly because his fighting style is very reckless. He fights with his head up but he fights with the want to win, nothing more, nothing much less. His personal way of fighting is using jabs and such, like that of a regular kid off the block that had almost no knowledge of fighting.
Dono however, seems to be quite good at thinks that are the equivalent of kickboxing, for his kicks are very powerful and his legs are very fast. He uses his speed to an advantage and can commonly reach very high speeds in the middle of a basic combat. He is known to pick the weakest combatants, seeing as how he is driven towards humans, and they tend to be weaker.
When he attacks he attacks with a ferocity that is not too commonly seen in others. He seems to get so much adrenaline from battle that it is almost the equivalent of actually getting adrenaline for Dono. He doesn't really do a good job picking fights however, and can get himself into real messes with stronger opponents. When Dono confronts a stronger enemy he often has even a stronger will to win, and fights more eagerly and uses his doll more aggressively. So now...
The Doll: Tekidan fights similar to the way Dono does, however it can be slightly strategic while Dono is not in any way strategic at all. Tekidan can fight with the utmost recklessness as well, seeing as how it just blows stuff up anyway. Tekidan uses its heavy defense as a weapon itself and will often taunt enemies to get closer so that the explosive that Tekidan launch will explode faster and do more damage as the opponent moves faster as well. Tekidan can also get into trouble with underestimating opponents.
Tekidan uses its techniques to its advantage, and does not just try to win using raw power like Dono will. Some of Tekidan's attacks were built for accuracy, so he uses them that way. Accurately. Tekidan also uses some of its attacks to be more widespread, such as Launch. Tekidan can vary his attacks much more than Dono can so is more likely to land a hit or be successful.
The Human Technicalities.
Doll's Name: Tekidan
Concealed Doll: Tekidan's concealed form is a medal. The material resembles silver and is very cold to the touch. Their is a faded word on the bottom of the medal. Joukeiki
Doll's Description: Tekidan is released from the medal immediately upon the release phrase being called. Tekidan takes the shape of a human made solely from stone, however it has no hands. This stone is extremely difficult to break but appears to be crumbling around Tekidan. Tekidan's eyes are red and glow. It is approximately 7 feet tall and weights 700 pounds. Its right arm is slightly larger than its left, and appears to be much bulkier, but not by too much. Tekidan's body is filled with pores and such and chips and such in the stone. This is a result of battle but can be convenient when it comes to battle, for various reasons
Doll's Abilities:
Joukeiki: Tekidan stands in place as it focused a small
amount of energy within itself. This move will take about 4-7 seconds to charge. When it charges itself Tekidan's right arm seems to be glowing with some sort of dark aura. When Tekidan raises its arms the giant hole at the end of his arm where you would think a hand would be launches a small amount of concentrated energy in either 1 shot or a burst of 3. These highly explosive balls can change their direction ever so slightly to curve towards an enemy, but it doesn't take much to dodge the Joukeiki. The explosion has a radius of about 7 feet, in a burst of 3 about 3 feet radius of explosion each.
Enka: Tekidan can use this move regardless of if it is moving or not, but it still requires some focus and some of Tekidan's power. Tekidan's eyes begin to glow as the move charges (9-15 second charge when Tekidan is in its maximum state) Tekidan releases a short boost of energy from its feet, sending it quite high into the air (20-30 feet). While in the air Tekidan shoots twin energy missiles from its feet. These Missiles are weak but can follow an enemy moving at even a somewhat quick rate. When they hit they explode, and have a radius of about 5 feet.
Soul Smasher: Tekidan's body begins to grow even tougher as he charges at the enemy and begins swinging rapidly doing heavy damage with each swing, doing decent damage and doing even more damage to humans. During this form Tekidan seems more enraged and will often be uncontrollable for about 15 seconds. This move has no charge time but Tekidan's run speed towards the enemy is slowed slightly.
Doll Stage Two Description: When Stage 2 is activated for Tekidan it becomes a lot bigger, growing a whole 500 lbs and growing 3 feet and becoming a lot more sturdy. As the transformation is made the doll seems to develop more as the rock crumbles away and steel replaces it. Tekidan becomes a whole lot stronger and has steel plating almost everywhere. A more visible face is shown on Tekidan and chains appear around its back where the most rock used to be. Tekidan has a lot more defense in this form, as well as more agility.
Doll Stage Two Abilities:
Joukeiki Modified: In stage 2 Tekidan can release the shots in waves of 6-8, and each ball of energy is way more explosive.
Enka Modified: In this form they missiles track enemies better.
Soul Smasher Modified: About the same, only this time instead of decreasing the speed of Tekidan, it actually increases the speed of Tekidan instead, and does a bit more damage.
Flash Bang: Tekidan begins to yell loudly as it holds its hands together. The attack takes about 3-6 seconds to charge but once it is charged fully Tekidan will and release a deafening pulse of sound, resembling that of a scream. Upon this scream two explosives are released from Tekidan's hands that when they explode will temporarily blind anything that had its eyes open during the flash that the explosive emits for a split second. This blindness lasts about 6 seconds and has a radius of 10 yards in any direction.
Bakuha: Tekidan begins charging the technique, and Tekidan begins to glow with a dark aura. As the aura begins to fade Tekidan sends a pulse through the ground, shaking the very ground for a few seconds, meant to through the opponent off guard for the thin beam that Tekidan releases from its right arm. Unlike the other attacks it can bounce off objects and then explode on Tekidan's will. Once it does it releases a subtle shock that will shock anything in a 3 feet radius. The initial shock resides after 1/8 of a second and then the beam explodes, doing heavy damage to structures and even making holes in the ground.
Shintou: Tekidan shows no sign of charging this technique besides the fact is seems to be concentrating heavily. Tekidan's chains begin to glow as the attack is charged. Then Tekidan charges at the enemy, once Tekidan gets close enough it releases a sudden pulse that disorients the target, slowing its movement up to 70% for 2-6 seconds. This move can also be used for defense when an enemy is charging at it.
Launch:Tekidan's chains begin to glow quite a bit as it begins this technique, as if trying to focus its energy or something like that. Tekidan continues to do so until finally Tekidan stops. By the time Teikdan has generated enough energy for 12 seconds Tekidan has produced 6 grenades which are launched from his palms. Tekidan can launch these at will at any time, and can keep them with him for quite a while. As the grenade is launched is a similar effective to that of a launcher, curving some slowly after a while. This grenade does not travel too fast, and is covered by an outer shell to protect it from a light hit before it explodes.
Doll Fusion Description: No Fusion
Doll Fusion Abilities: No Fusion
The Origin.
History: Light. There it was, right in front of him and it was rapidly approaching quickly. Finally, he was born. Nice baby, about 6 pounds, and he was developing pretty quickly. He learned fast, and was up and about at quite a young age. He was fed poorly, though. His family did not have too much money during the 1950s, during his earliest childhood. He had not received too much proper care at all during the time he was just a baby. However, at age 4 his parents had another child. This child was different, it was clear from the start. It had powers, weird ones.
But it wasn't until Dono was 6 when he realized that his brother had powers. It could move stuff around, and his parents realized this and thought that he was some sort of freak. But they didn't have the reaction you would expect. They gave their other son all the respect and care that Dono lacked as a child. And it was horrible to see that happen. At the time Dono was a calm child, very good and was very obedient. He didn't dare lay a finger on his brother or his parents. But soon they grew up. Too soon.
Dono was now age 8, growing up to a fine young boy as he still followed all the rules, did as he was told and so on so forth. His brother however was a bit more reckless. Somehow his brother gained some kind of illness that caused him great fever and it was very unfortunate. Dono was now good friends with his 4 year old brother, and they got along as brothers did. Dono taught his brother, named Tenpi, how to do the basic things he himself learned to do. It was hard work and Dono was devoted, but Tenpi was still the favorite.
It was hard for Dono to not be jealous of Tenpi, but he tried to hide it as they began to grow up a little more. Now age 10, Tenpi was 6 and the school they went to they went to together. It was great, but Tenpi was known as a freak, and Dono just a brother of a freak. Tenpi couldn't defend himself yet threatened the older children, thinking his talent would ward them off. But Tenpi had little experience with his spiritual power and was very weak indeed. It seemed like no time before Tenpi got into a mess that was too big for himself.
Tenpi was now 7, meaning Dono was 11. Tenpi had gotten more destructive, and Dono more protective of Tenpi. Tenpi soon began picking fights. Well, a fight. Tenpi was attacked by some 15 year old when he was just 7. They called him freak and accused him of very many horrible crimes he may or may not have committed. They beat him to death. And Dono just watched, knowing he could do nothing about it. It was horrible... watching someone you knew so dearly just die in front of you.
It was probably the most traumatic thing he had ever seen. But surely enough, that was not the end of this story. Dono was walking through the streets one night. At this point he had turned into a genuine sadist, but no where near where he was going to be. He stumbled upon a ritual in an alleyway. They were sure enough, bounts. All of them. Perhaps 4 or 5. With them a human, one that was full of rage and anger, like himself. Dono was not aware of what was going on, but he was beaten into submission quickly.
He awoke. He was there with a German looking guy that was staring down on him. They were talking right in front of him but his vision was blurred and his ears ached. Finally they looked at him and pulled him up. They had accepted him. They found him to be a worthy bount. A bount that would be able to carry on what they needed. When he finally regained his sense they began to explain. Dono was was very unsure of exactly what was going on, and he was very much questioning it.
They seemed to know what was going on in his head. They could see that he was angry, see that he had lost someone. Finally, they said. "We witnessed the beat down of your brother 2 weeks ago. We heard he died. We know... who did this." Dono was amazed. How could they stand there and not do anything? If they were there just hiding in the shadows why didn't they help?! Why. "We didn't help you..." they continued. "Because you need to know what it feels like." Dono began to rage out, they couldn't have saved him. They couldn't have done something.
"Listen! You are strong in spirit. If you complete our ritual we can give you what you need to become immortal and avenge your brother's death." Dono couldn't decline the offer. His parents weren't appreciative of him and they were much more concerned about Tenpi's death 2 weeks ago. Dono had no other choice if he wanted vengeance. And the vengeance burned through his veins alright, and he wasn't going to ignore the feeling. As they set up a second ritual to make him an official bount he did as they said.
He wasn't sure if exactly everything that was happening could really be real. He wasn't sure if this was just a dream. But that didn't matter. He did what they said with the utmost amount of devotedness and motivation. He knew what must be done. He had to slay the killers of his brother. And that's what would matter. But not all was well.
As the ritual was completed Dono didn't feel any different. He was handed a medal that he had no clue whatsoever about. He looked up and a demon made purely of stone appeared in front of him. His eyes lit up with excitement as he stared at the demon that was now in front of his eyes. It could not be real. "This is your doll..." one of the German Bounts said with a distinct accent. Dono received the doll, and had a motive to kill. To kill a lot. Dono went on a rampage as soon as he knew the whereabouts of his new enemy, the group that killed his brother.
His doll was weak, but he himself felt stronger and with the aid of his doll he became a very impressive amount stronger. Finally finding the men, he killed them. He then, ever so sadly. Took in his first soul it was addictive to say the least. Like some kind of super drug that gave him all the power in the world. It was like adrenaline. He needed more. Much much more. He consumed the souls of the remainder of the gang and moved on. Wreaking havoc upon the living while remaining undetected was the only hard part. He had to do this without too much detection, somewhat slyly.
Dono could not do this too much for he now had a doll that was somewhat huge and could do vast amounts of damage to large urban areas or areas such as Karakura Town it was fun for Dono, growing stronger and stronger like every day from consuming the souls of the living. But its not all easy from here.
He continued to live alone, breaking away from the original bounts that had taught him his ways. But they were aware of his doings being a very destructive bount. They were okay with this but now Dono was getting to a point where he wanted more. He heard of a ritual that would allow him to get Bittos if he were to sacrifice another bount. Performing a ritual on a very weak bount he produced 3 Bittos that are still with him now. The Bittos were very convenient and could help him quite a bit.
Now he was at the point where the gates of hell began to open, and the world began to take a turn for the worst. Dono had maintained his 13 year old state, and he enjoyed being young forever. He just needed to keep consuming souls. But that ended when one day he tried to do something more. He attempted to sacrifice yet another bount to get more Bitto before he was captured by Suzaku.
Suzaku was the leader of Research and Development, and he wanted Dono to be his little official experiment. Dono couldn't really escape Soul Society and the place itself was weird. Suzaku made Dono a little more messed up than he was, and it gave him a reason to be allegiance to the Soul Society, since that was where he was most of the time now. But he wasn't ready to fight for Soul Society, and he wasn't ready to quit his bount ways.
And that leads us to where we are now.
The Others:
Rp Example:
(Yes I role play Pokemon :/ It tis fun)
Riakai and his Pokemon couldn't help but continue to stare at the Pokemon. The Sneasel just smiled, and of course Lombre smiled back. Then it extended its claws out, seeming as if it wanted to tear Lombre or Floatzel apart. Course, Floatzel opened his mouth, growling silently as he showed off his sharp teeth to the Sneasel, only to stop when the Sneasel was forced to stop by the trainer, who was oddly still relaxed, which also concerned Riakai. Then a Glaceon came up, with a voice that pierced into their ears. God, these Pokemon are annoying. Riakai thought. Riakai, Floatzel and Lame then heard a few words from the man's voice, far too silent for them to actually pick up what he was saying, but going by how relaxed this man was for this whole entire time, Riakai could guess it was not a insult, while Lombre could care less, and Jake just stared at NC, trying to figure out what he was saying by replying what he had said silently over and over in his mind, finally figuring out the word, "Water" but nothing else.
NC? Weird name, but I guess from a guy as strange as this, you couldn't expect much. All of NC's Pokemon seemed to be at attention, or as Riakai thought. So Riakai pulled out a poke-ball, releasing it behind Floatzel. The Pill, the Piplup busted from the poke-ball, the only Pokemon on Raikai's team that was yet to be trained, yet to be in a fight. Floatzel quickly moved to the left, now directly in front of Riakai. Now Riakai had his full team out, his set up, Jake the main man, Lombre the Left Hand, and Pill the Right Hand. Now, this layout was still being laid out, because Pill hadn't been tested yet, but it wasn't hard to have a better personality then Lombre in Raikai's mind.
The grin that was simply always on Riakai's face, grew, a teeny bit as the man brought up the idea of a fight. Well, actually, Riakai tried very hard to bring up that idea, NC just had to blurt it out in the actual word. Riakai couldn't help but notice he called him "kid". "Kid" wasn't exactly correct, people use "kid" when they are to say to someone, that you are younger, and you have to listen, or, follow and learn. You get the idea, as if NC was setting up a role model role for himself. Pity, so much Pokemon and all he wants is to set up role-model-ship. Then again, the word "fight" was used in a role model's sentence, meaning this guy was actually trying to connect to Riakai, in the way that Riakai loved to battle. Odd Dude, seriously, because the thought just slipped Raikai's mind as he began to think about the options of a battle.
Riakai nodded in agreement to the battle, although the way NC reacted, the way he asked the question, made it seem as if he were not asking for a battle, but trying to get Riakai, the pest in NC's mind, away. Then again, he could be just some freaky man, speaking of freaky, he didn't look altogether normal. But Riakai couldn't exactly point it out. Riakai then spoke, slowly but surely, "I would like a battle." Riakai continued to smile, but as he said this, he tried to make his smile grow yet even a bit more, then made it back to regular size. To emphasize his words, without even putting emphasis in his voice."How would 3 rounds of 1 on 1s sound to you?"
