As you all might know Aizen is no longer in control, the leader of Hueco Mundo reigns over all. The King of Hueco mundo is the ones who delegate all missions and duties to the ever powerful Arrancar and hollow forces. Shinigami always seem to step in their way disrupting the flow of 'peace' they have. With that, it is up to the Leader of Hueco Mundo to delegate and distribute assignments or things that need to be done and have the espada and all forces of Hueco mundo to deal with them accordingly no matter the magnitude of said problem.
ATTENTION: Only those who have obtained the seat of leader and espada are able to hand out these missions as well as staff. If you are going to plan out a quest DO NOT make it anything farfetched such as murdering hordes of powerful enemies single handedly, or one shot killing the Quest boss' (if there are any) when they are suppose to be formidable foes to the characters partaking in the quest.
In addition to this, upon the inital submission from Espada (non staff) the quest(s) will need to be approved, why, because we want to see what you are doing or attempting to do, moniter it, and make sure shit doesn't hit the fan.
